Return & Refund Policy

Custom & Personalized Items Because our cornhole board wraps are custom-printed products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tandkenterprises79@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will reprint and reship your order at no charge.

Wrong Item Received If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a free replacement.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
